Scope Includes

What is the difference between CAT A and CAT B?
CAT A is the "Landlord's Finish" (floors, ceilings, basic lights, HVAC). CAT B is the "Tenant's Finish" (partitions, kitchen, furniture, branding, data cabling). Ideally, Greentech works with you to transition seamlessly from one to the other.
Do you handle the EPC assessment?
We work alongside accredited energy assessors. We review your current EPC rating and engineer a lighting/heating design specifically calculated to raise that rating to your target level (e.g., jumping from a 'D' to a 'B'), and then facilitate the final certification post-install.
Can you reuse existing electrical infrastructure?
Yes. To reduce costs and waste, we verify the condition of existing floor boxes and lighting tracks. If they meet safety standards (BS 7671) and your aesthetic requirements, we will retain and refurbish them rather than replacing them unnecessarily.
